Events & Private Options

Beginning in May 2018, I am offering private classes in Oakland and Alameda. Never tried a private class? It might be right for you if:

  • You are brand new to yoga and would like a personalized introduction to basic postures, breathing, and/or mindfulness.
  • You have been practicing for some time but feel that your practice has stagnated, or plateaued.
  • You are working with an injury and would like a class tailored to fit your recovery.
  • You would like more hands-on adjustments and assists than you typically receive in public classes.
